Paw Play gives your dog the opportunity to exercise and play with new or familiar friends in a safe and open environment while you’re away from home.
About Daycare for Dogs
Just like us, our pets need to get out of the house and interact with other four-legged pals. From splashing in the pools to running around the playscapes, there is plenty for dogs to do at Paw Play. During the day, your dog can also visit our award-winning Grooming Salon to get shampooed and pampered for pickup time.
Our indoor and outdoor play areas are monitored by professional staff, who care for all dogs as they would their own! At the end of the stay, we guarantee you’ll be taking home a happy – but tired – pup.
If you’re unable to drop off or pick up your dog, we offer Pet Transport services.
Attention Paw Play Customers!
Due to changes in state law, we will now be required to have physical copies of your dog(s) rabies certificate and proof of licensing from your town on file at our business in order for your dog(s) to attend daycare. This is in addition to the vaccine records we currently have on file.
Please either bring us copies of your ACTUAL RABIES CERTIFICATE / proof of licensing when you drop your dog(s) off, email them to us at Pawplay4dogs@gmail.com or have them faxed to 860-621-0545 as soon as possible.
As of February 1st, 2023 we will no longer be able to accept dogs for daycare whose documentation we do not have on file. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we can be fined for failing to follow the statute. Thank you for understanding, as well as your continued support!
Getting Started
All dogs are required to have certain vaccinations prior to joining the group at Paw Play. Before an evaluation can be scheduled, you must submit a completed daycare application, personality profile and written proof of the following vaccinations:
Required Vaccinations
DHLPP
Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus.
BORDETELLA (also called kennel cough)
10 days minimum prior to admittance. This vaccine is not generally given as part of the yearly vaccinations, you must specifically request it.
RABIES
Actual Rabies Certificate
CANINE INFLUENZA
Bivalent Vaccine (H3N2 & H3N8 required).
Copy of Town License Required
All dogs over 6 months of age MUST be spayed or neutered.
