Attention Paw Play Customers!
Due to changes in state law, we will now be required to have physical copies of your dog(s) rabies certificate and proof of licensing from your town on file at our business in order for your dog(s) to attend daycare. This is in addition to the vaccine records we currently have on file.
Please either bring us copies of your ACTUAL RABIES CERTIFICATE / proof of licensing when you drop your dog(s) off, email them to us at Pawplay4dogs@gmail.com or have them faxed to 860-621-0545 as soon as possible.
As of February 1st, 2023 we will no longer be able to accept dogs for daycare whose documentation we do not have on file. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we can be fined for failing to follow the statute. Thank you for understanding, as well as your continued support!

The Client Daycare Application requires the parent’s contact information. The Dog Personality Profile is all about your dog!
The daycare application and all vaccinations must be completed and returned to Paw Play before a dog can be evaluated.
Your dog must be up-to-date on their canine flu & kennel cough vaccinations before they can start day care!
